Go Outside and See for Yourself: Spring Mix #1


Alrighty. This mix will come to you in two parts. First, we have a mix of current(ish) songs I'm digging at the moment. This mix is intended for windows down driving. Please take this mix with big gulps of fresh air and a generous helping of bare feet in new grass.

    How cool! Thanks for posting this. I now a few of these artists, but not all- this is a great way to learn of other artists.

    Passion Pit has been a guilty pleasure of late. It's good to see that I'm not alone. And don't even get me started on track #2.

    I'm at work listening to Spring Now and I'm suddenly inspired to make my own mix tape. It has been windy here, so I was thinking maybe going with that as a theme. Any tips for a mix tape newbie? :D

    Chris: Awesome. I'm getting the rest of the Passion Pit album from emusic later today. I've heard all of it but I think I need to own it.
    KF Sarah: That is awesome. If you make a mix you should make it downloadable so I can hear it. =) Uuuhhh... tips? Oh, that's a hard one. I guess, make your turnarounds good. Like, make sure each song has a nice flow into the next. If they're awkward, it makes it hard to keep with the vibe of the mix. Wow. I sound like a huge pretentious music geek. =P
